How long have you been a DJ?	Even though Sound Impressions Live DJ Entertainment is a relatively new company, I've been a DJ and gained experience with all of the services we currently offer, over the last 15 years. We do not subcontract our services.
What types of payment do you accept?	Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, Visa Check Cards and Money Orders
I think I can find a DJ service for less money why are your prices higher than theirs?	That's quite possible, you can always find someone else to do something or sell something for less money, but remember less money does not equal more value. Just because someone offers to play music, doesn't mean that they are a professional DJ. We offer the best services for the best prices. That's quality, and that's the value in Sound Impressions Live DJ Entertainment. That's why our prices are posted for everyone to see. There are no tricks, gimmicks, and no randomly made up prices at Sound Impressions Live DJ Entertainment, nothing but honest upfront fair pricing for great value. If someone is simply hunting for a DJ with the lowest prices, we're probably not the DJ company for them, however if they are seeking the best service for their money they should give us a call.
Why do you post your prices on your website? I had to call other DJ services to get their prices.	We post our prices to save you time and money, you shouldn't have to call if you just need a general price we have nothing to hide. We believe our services sell themselves, if your calling a DJ service, you need a professional DJ, not a salesman. Many other companies fail to publish their prices because they either believe they are too expensive for the type of service they can deliver, or they haven't actually established baseline pricing.
Why should I choose a DJ service over a live band, don't live bands provide better entertainment?	Just like DJ companies, there are great bands and there are not so great bands out there, however, even a not so great DJ company will still have music from the original artist. A band is at best, someone else's version of the music you wanted to hear. Don't get me wrong, I like bands, but it's not likely that the band who nails classic rock and country can nail disco and hip hip, old school and pop, if they even know them.
What time will you arrive to my event?	We generally arrive 45 minutes to an hour prior to the scheduled show time. Depending on the package features, we may need to arrive up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled show time.
How far in advance do I need to book an event?	Weddings, obviously fill up first. We are generally booked 6 months to a year ahead in our wedding schedule. We tend to book other events about 2 to 3 months ahead of their schedule. We recommend calling for availability.
How will the DJ be dressed?	Professionally. Regardless of the event, we are always dressed for the occasion, be it a tuxedo, suit, polo shirt, or themed attire, we're always prepared. If there is any question, we'll ask you well before the show.
Do you require a deposit?	Given the speed in which our schedule gets booked up, we do require a deposit to save the date.
Can I get my deposit back if I have to cancel my event?	Yes, as long as you provide us with written notice of the cancellation at least 30 days prior to your event we will refund your deposit in full. Any cancellation notice given to us less than 30 days prior to your event date will result in a prorated refund. For example; a notice given 15 days prior to an event would result in a 50% refund.
How much of a deposit is required?	$ 200.00
When is my payment due?	Payment in full, is due no later than the day of your event.
